I would like to take a minute to introduce myself. I started working as a loan officer in 1996 at NorWest Mortgage. It was the largest mortgage lender in the nation at that time. The training and learning from the bank took me to Oregon City to open a branch for them in 1998. Unfortunately, with the merger of Wells and the direction they were heading I chose to open a branch of loan officers in Oregon City with CrossLand Mortgage. This branch opened in 1999 and was very short lived because they were taken over by Wells Fargo 9 months into my employment with them. This led to me becoming Turn Key Mortgage in 1999 a broker located on the corner of Beavercreek and Molalla Ave for many years enjoying the market.

I love helping first time home buyers understand how to buy their first home and get a plan for the future (whatever that is) Brainstorming and figuring out problems that you run into has always been what I am good at. I spent many years doing Bank Declines when the client does not understand why and does not get the answers to explain a plan just that it did not work. Most of the time it just need a fresh look and new submission has been my experience. The client feels bad and doesnt want to look more and then waits another 5 years when they could have been builing equity the whole time. It makes me sad for clients actually.
